ProReServ accesses to a network of over 250 service personnel in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries. State-of-the-art equipment (using our MORIS system) allows our service team to carry out its tasks professionally and comprehensively.

The Company currently manage around 1,000 outlets in a wide range of distribution channels in the retail market throughout Germany. There are around 200 service personnel utilising a tailor-made service and control structure.

ProReServ deals proactively with out-of-stock situations: with reliable and regular support at the PoS. We tailor your product range to meet the needs of your customers. Service levels and call patterns are defined on an individual basis and are implemented accordingly.
