We are looking for a reliable person (m/f/d) with field service experience who will regularly visit a defined clientele from the electrical retail sector on site in the greater Braunschweig area and take primary responsibility for them. Among other things, you will be responsible for managing our merchandisers and the flawless implementation of our services. To this end, you will receive appropriate coaching from our field sales organization and be provided with an iPhone, an iPad and a company car to carry out your duties.
Your tasks:
- Support for merchandise agencies and our mini-jobbers
- Supporting the introduction of new product ranges and monitoring service quality
- Active planning and support for conversions and new installations on site
- Maintaining customer relationships in the markets to be supported in conjunction with regular store checks
- Responsibility for the timely provision of the required reports
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and professional experience in a comparable position
- High customer and service orientation as well as a committed, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Business fluent in German
- Class B driver’s license(mandatory)
