As part of our team, you will support our category managers in the administrative support of our manufacturer and retail partners. Your tasks:
- Execution of article listings, the respective disposition and preparation of the price calculation
- Correspondence and communication internally and with manufacturer and retailer partners
- Preparation of service invoices, debit notes and invoice control
- Preparation of external reports for the manufacturer partners (sales figures, turnover, etc.)
- SAP data maintenance (article master, control tables, listings, etc.) and creation of internal statistics according to specified criteria and key figures
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training with experience in retail
- Confident handling of Excel required, knowledge of SAP R/3 MM desirable
- Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- You like to take on responsibility and are used to working independently
