Customer manager in internal sales (m/f/d) – Neu-Isenburg

You will act as a competent contact person for our business partner for logistics and order processing at national and international level. In this role, as a team player with strong communication skills, you will take on an important interface function within our company. You can expect a varied and responsible role in a medium-sized company with a family-oriented working culture.

Your tasks:

  • Central point of contact for a well-known brand manufacturer
  • Coordination of the entire process chain, i.e. from ordering to delivery to a major European online retailer
  • Order monitoring and control of listings in the online portal and via SAP S/4HANA
  • Coordination of returns and control of deliveries to the online retailer
  • Ensuring internal and external communication channels
  • Master data maintenance, evaluations and reporting

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or studies in economics as well as relevant professional experience in a similar field of activity
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, experience with SAP an advantage
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Independent and structured way of working, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Assertiveness combined with a strong customer and service orientation
  • Knowledge of the Amazon Vendor Portal is an advantage
