You will be the first point of contact for our retail service projects, both for our business partners and your future colleagues within our service organization. Controlling and reporting are not just words for you, but a guarantee of success in project implementation. Your tasks:
- Regular exchange with our customers on ongoing projects
- Analysis, planning and implementation of new and ongoing service projects in cooperation with project management
- Creation of controlling files and project reports
- Continuous review of existing processes for necessity and potential for improvement
Your profile:
- Independent and structured way of working, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong understanding of numbers combined with analytical thinking skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel, experience with SAP an advantage
- Assertiveness combined with a strong customer and service orientation
- Completed commercial training or degree in economics desirable
