We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to start as soon as possible in a part-time position (20 hours, 2.5 days per week) who will regularly visit and be primarily responsible for serving our customers in the electronics retail sector in Aschaffenburg, Hanau, Dietzenbach, and Neu-Isenburg. To help you deliver our services, you’ll receive appropriate coaching from our field service team and be equipped with an iPhone and an iPad to perform your duties. No vehicle is provided for this position, but mileage will be reimbursed at a flat rate.
Your tasks:
- Carrying out regular services such as stocking, assortment maintenance, support with conversions and new installations on site at our retail partner’s premises
- Returns processing
- Quality assurance
- Cooperation with business, sales and department managers of assigned customers
Your profile:
- Class B driver’s license and own car mandatory
- Committed, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong focus on customers and service
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of German is required
- Industry knowledge in the areas of consumer electronics and/or food retail desirable
- Completed training in the commercial or industrial sector desirable
