You are an important team member in our service area and are responsible for all administrative processes in contract logistics. You will also be the first point of contact for our customers and will impress them with your high level of service. You can expect an exciting, responsible and varied job.
Your tasks:
- Incoming goods planning for sea freight containers and truckloads, taking the day-to-day business into account
- Receiving, recording and processing orders in our logistics systems as well as checking and documenting stock levels
- Creating outgoing goods documents and coordinating the timely provision of goods
- Preparation of customer data for billing and general customer service via
e-mail and telephone - Keeping and maintaining statistics as well as determining and evaluating key figures
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, preferably as a forwarding agent
- Advanced MS Office knowledge and user experience in a warehouse management program
- SAP knowledge and experience in customs clearance are an advantage
- Team and communication skills, organizational talent, flexibility, as well as resilience and service-oriented thinking
- Business fluent in German and good command of English (written and spoken)
