For our internal infrastructure in our logistics center in Gelsenkirchen , we are looking for a service and solution-oriented specialist to support our hardware and network with all components – from internal workstations to mobile users (MDE devices) and some home office workstations. You can expect a varied and responsible role in a medium-sized company with a family-oriented working culture.
Your tasks:
- 1st level support for users in the area of hardware and software
- Ensuring ongoing IT operations and permanent system maintenance
- Installation and maintenance of Windows workstations
- Collaboration and takeover of IT projects according to level of training
- Documentation and monitoring of the IT systems on site
Your profile:
- Training in the field of IT for system integration or a comparable qualification with initial practical work experience in IT support and/or system administration
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows and confident handling of MS Office programs
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong ability to work in a team, loyalty and understanding of service
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Knowledge of PROLAG World warehouse management software desirable
