We are looking for a professionally competent Team Leader (m/f/d) to strengthen and safely lead our team. You will be responsible for motivating, managing and supporting the team. You will always lead by example and motivate your team members to achieve their respective goals. Your tasks:
- Management and coordination of the incoming goods and returns team as well as ensuring smooth and efficient workflows for all processes
- Inspection and documentation of the returned goods in the returns department
- Review and compliance with quality and safety standards
- Maintenance of the ERP system and management of statistics and reports
- Communication with internal and external customers
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or in the field of warehouse logistics and at least 3 years of professional experience
- Good MS Office knowledge as well as user experience in a warehouse management program, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Conscientious and systematic way of working, communicative and team-oriented personality, service-oriented thinking
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Willingness to work on Saturdays or in a 2-shift system (optional, depending on the order situation)
