Team Leader Incoming Goods (m/f/d) – Gelsenkirchen

We are looking for a professionally competent team leader (m/f/d) to strengthen and safely lead our team. You are responsible for motivating, managing and supporting the team. You always lead by example and motivate your team members to achieve their respective goals. You are characterized by assertiveness, quality-conscious work, reliability and a high level of customer orientation. You can expect an exciting, responsible and varied job.

Your tasks:

  • Managing and coordinating the incoming goods team and ensuring that all incoming goods processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Recording and maintaining incoming goods in the ERP system
  • Review and compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Keeping and maintaining statistics and reports
  • Communication with internal and external customers

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or in the field of warehouse logistics and initial experience in managing a small team
  • Good MS Office knowledge as well as user experience in a warehouse management program, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Conscientious and systematic way of working, communicative and team-oriented personality, service-oriented thinking
  • Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays or in a 2-shift system (optional, depending on the order situation)
