Your tasks:
- Managing and coordinating the incoming goods team and ensuring that all incoming goods processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Recording and maintaining incoming goods in the ERP system
- Review and compliance with quality and safety standards
- Keeping and maintaining statistics and reports
- Communication with internal and external customers
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or in the field of warehouse logistics and initial experience in managing a small team
- Good MS Office knowledge as well as user experience in a warehouse management program, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Conscientious and systematic way of working, communicative and team-oriented personality, service-oriented thinking
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Willingness to work on Saturdays or in a 2-shift system (optional, depending on the order situation)
